Senior Corporate Counsel

Senior Corporate Counsel Duties: Working as part of the in-house legal team. Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to internal business partners with respect to a range of commercial and transaction activities, including new product launches, collaborations, strategic alliances, master services agreements, and laboratory operations or functional areas or divisions. Proactively supporting a range of regulatory, contracting, and operations work and general legal needs of internal clients. Drafting and negotiating contracts, and counseling clients on a range of business and legal regulatory issues, including anti-corruption and fraud and abuse laws.

Qualifications: J.D. Degree. Top-tier credentials. Licensed to practice law. 5+ years of relevant experience. Health care experience is desired. Familiarity with or exposure to fraud and abuse and privacy laws. Strong commercial or transactional experience. Outstanding judgment. Expert legal, communication, and negotiation skills. Understanding of how to support the achievement of business objectives while considering the regulatory landscape. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff, management, and executives.
