Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate will involve day-to-day management of the drafting and execution of clinical trial agreements, as well as other agreements associated with clinical trials. Will also involve handling general corporate matters along with the rest of the legal team. Should be proactive, well-organized, have strong contracts management experience, and able to work as part of a small legal department in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with a life sciences company is desirable. Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate documents for varied corporate transactions, particularly clinical trial agreements and ICFs, as well as research and development related agreements; Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding contracts ; Assist with general corporate matters; Complete other responsibilities as assigned; Must have 1-3 years of experience working on contracts, clinical trial agreements and general corporate matters; Should have demonstrated experience proactively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Work collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with all internal and external partners and stakeholders; In-house experience at a life sciences company preferred; Some law firm experience desired; Good organizational and communication skills required; Should have J.D. from an accredited law school; Must be Licensed to practice in California.
