Corporate Counsel Duties: Support all SEC reporting and stock exchange compliance; help guide all public disclosure-related issues; provide oversight of quarterly earnings and investor relations-related disclosures; and advice on all shareholder-related matters. Support the development and management of the corporate governance programs and advise on other board-related matters. Support commercial and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Provide general advice and counsel to leaders in 's Finance, Accounting, Business, and Investor Relations teams.
Qualifications: JD degree. Admittance to the Bar in the state of California and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status). 3+ years of experience as a corporate securities attorney. Experience drafting SEC filings and transaction agreements.
