Corporate Counsel, CPE, Customer Protection & Enforcement Duties: Responsible for coordinating investigations into fraud schemes; working closely with business leaders, legal professionals, investigators, and our public policy team to advise on civil and criminal laws relating to cybercrime; and implementing civil and criminal enforcement strategies to stop bad actors. Help chart long-term strategy for combating malicious online activity that harms customers around the globe.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) and membership in good standing in at least one state bar are required. 6+ years of cybercrime, fraud, security, or related litigation experience with law firms, corporations, and/or government agencies. Preferred Qualifications: Thorough understanding of Internet architecture and related technologies. Experience investigating and stopping business impersonation schemes, tech support scams, and call center fraud. Experience in crafting legal strategies to achieve impactful real-world outcomes. Ability to manage a large number and variety of mission-critical projects, working independently and often in ambiguous environments. Sound and practical business judgment as well as common sense. Ability to work effectively with outside counsel in the US and internationally, investigators, lawyers, and business clients cooperatively and efficiently. Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in working closely with senior executives of an organization. Hands-on experience interacting directly with law enforcement.
