Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate will work directly with the business team as lead counsel to develop new machine learning-focused products and services, with duties including: identifying legal risks and proposing mitigations strategies; advising on regulatory and compliance matters - including privacy, intellectual property, and go-to-market strategy; drafting and negotiating commercial licensing agreements; providing day-to-day input on business strategy; and analyzing and contributing to AI/ML policy and responsible use positions around the world. Will get the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders including engineers, scientists, privacy, public relations and public policy teams. Should have a J.D. degree or international equivalent from an accredited law school and active membership in one State Bar. Must have 3+ years of experience practicing law. Should preferably have familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, IP technology and licensing transactions, data privacy, and product counseling.
