Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate should have Juris Doctor or equivalent professional qualification from a nationally-recognized accredited law school. Membership in California State Bar. Must have 2 years of experience in general corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and/or corporate drafting. Web navigation and/or web-based applications. Personal computer in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a positive attitude to the workplace and works collaboratively with other members of the Legal team.
