VP Securities and Corporate Counsel The candidate will manage the preparation of a wide variety of securities law filings, such as annual and quarterly reports and current reports. Manage the preparation and review of various securities offering documents and disclosure documents. Lead capital markets issuances, including debt and equity offerings. Coordinate with legal, finance and investor relations teams in addition to other teams throughout the company. Assist with compliance and governance processes. Support other general corporate matters and corporate transactions. A J.D. from an ABA accredited law school; active license to practice law in California. Should have 6+ years of Securities and Corporate Legal experience in a private law firm and/or public company legal department environment. Accounting knowledge/background is a plus. Experience with Workiva is a plus. Self-motivated with ability to operate independently. Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work efficiently under tight timelines. Excellent judgment and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
