Commercial & Corporate Counsel/Manager Armis is looking for an experienced commercial and corporate legal manager to join its A-team of big thinkers, doers, movers, and shakers. The selected individual will play a key role as part of Armis global commercial legal team, and will work closely with other Legal team members as well as Armis Sales, Finance, Support, People, and other teams cross-functionally. They will be responsible for managing the intake and prioritization process for commercial transactions, developing and owning the contract management processes, working cross functionally to help drive contract review, redlines, signature and tracking, and creating legal trainings for compliance with policies and processes. Requirements To be successful in this role, the individual must have 7+ years of work experience in a relevant role, substantial experience and comfort level with G-suite as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience with commercial contracts and corporate compliance administration, familiarity and awareness of the SaaS industry, and experience handling confidential information. In addition to the above, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to create and maintain databases and spreadsheet files, attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills, the ability to provide support to and work within a team of professionals, and a positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through are also required. Salary range guidance for this position is: $127,500-172,500. This salary range does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered to candidates.
