Senior Manager - Private Company Services Tax - Private Equity The candidate will deliver objective investment advice to sponsors of qualified retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b) and defined benefit plans. Will provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to assist the expectations of clients. Also responsible for the development and motivation of PCS engagement staff and provide the staff with leadership, counseling and career guidance. Review the work of PCS Managers as a quality control check and to train Managers on how to best serve and advise clients. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. Advanced degree or certification such as MST, J.D., LL.M., CIMA, CPA or CFA required. Must have 7+ years of investment consulting experience, preferably with substantial experience in private equity, investment analysis, personal taxes, estates, trusts and/or financial planning, working with high-net worth individuals and families, corporate executives, and/or owners of closely held businesses.
