Business Development Manager, Product Partnerships Duties: Responsible for striking strategic and impactful partnerships which help and enable our product team to build a first in class product. Will be responsible for working closely with the product and engineering teams, as they develop and execute on their product roadmap. Market validation, partner selection and qualification, and dealmaking with third party partners. Collaborate with our product and engineering to lead and define our product partnership needs and priorities within our product roadmap. Negotiate multi-faceted, complex, custom deals with strategic partners from beginning to end. Analyze and help define product-development related business opportunities for. Work cross-functionally with product, business development, marketing, legal, and other internal organizations across to forge, support, and manage partnerships. Requirements: J.D. Degree, MBA or similar post-graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of relevant Business Development experience. Experience working with consumer internet companies, large and small, across a number of different verticals. Deep knowledge and passion for consumer internet and ad products and features, including deep understanding of industry trends and business models. Infectious passion for *** with a clear understanding of consumer products and ad products. Extensive experience independently negotiating and closing strategic partner deals, including partnerships that require deep product integrations between companies. Sharp strategic thinker who can design and execute on a vision. History of running quickly with little supervision. Ability to adapt to and lead through fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and ability to work well in a team environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to speak fluently to senior executives, product managers, and engineers.
