Depending on the specialty, legal support services may include preparation, review, and revision of contracts and agreements; development of specialty-specific policies, protocols, and guidelines; preparation, review, and revision of corporate documents (e.g., articles of incorporation and bylaws); assistance with internal company approval (Governance Matrix) process; preparation, review and revision of state or federal notices, reports, and filings; conduct of, participation in or oversight of internal or government reviews and investigations; assistance with due diligence efforts; assistance with transition of new entities into the company healthcare system (specific to the assigned specialty); and preparation, review, and revision of other documents with legal implications.
