Must have 2+ years of legal experience advising on products compliance issues as well as experience with Consumer Product Safety Commission standards and regulations. A J.D. degree and membership in one state bar is required. Experience with Consumer Product Safety Commission standards and regulations preferred. In conjunction with senior management, provide legal support for new market development, new product development, and general business development efforts. Prepare on-going compliance reports for the Company's compliance committees, serve as a member of the Company's compliance committees, maintain committee minutes, and act as chairperson for all committee meetings. The candidate should have Juris doctorate degree. Must have 3-10+ years private law firm or in-house legal management experience in commercial agreements and gaming regulatory matters. Experience managing and supervising support staff in a corporation; experience with cost-effective management of outside legal resources are required.
