Miami FL Counsel, Litigation, and Competition Duties: The candidate will provide sound legal counsel and become a trusted advisor to teams. Provide training and other support related to the company's antitrust compliance program. Understand, interpret, and apply current antitrust and competition laws and regulations to the company's current and prospective products and services. Collaborate closely with fellow Legal Team members and outside counsel to develop and implement litigation strategy with an eye toward impact on broader business objectives. Qualifications: Excellent academic record with a law degree from a top law school. Admission to the Bar of any state and Active Bar membership. Substantive experience in complex real estate transactions; and Substantive experience with condominium and other participatory interest structures. Broad base of legal knowledge.
