Orlando FL Counsel Contracts Perform specialized duties related to the negotiating, drafting and approval of a wide range of vendor contracts and related documents, including any vendor screening required by law, contract or policy. Balance risk with business needs and readily adapt to high demand, fast turnaround environment. Contract responsibilities cover all facets of the business including marketing, intellectual property, sophisticated technology, commercial leases, construction and design, e-commerce, and property operation agreements. Respond to requests for summaries, extracts or contract terms and prepare same as needed. Resolve legal issues and disputes that arise from contract interpretation matters.
