Senior Counsel, Litigation And Insured Claims

Jupiter FL Senior Counsel, Litigation and Insured Claims Duties: Manage, investigate and suggest resolution for employee claims, complaints and reports. Support the Managing Counsel of Litigation in managing litigation and claims for the NA Region and driving initiatives to improve process. Provide advice and counsel to ensure that injured employees receive appropriate care and are able to return to work if possible.
