Stay abreast of legal developments affecting investigations, rights of reporting individuals, rights of accused, and compliance-related standards. Promptly identify and escalate CC matters to Regional Leads for oversight. Develop internal guidelines on CC-investigation related issues. Collaborate with local HR/ER/Legal professionals to effectuate investigations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with a J.D. degree. Must have 3+ years of experience in relevant legal function with 1+ year of experience conducting workplace investigations. Employment law experience is desired. Experience and demonstrated capability in conducting and supervising investigations (including compliance-related investigations, employment investigations, and governmental investigations) and in drafting confidential reports and advising senior leadership on such risks is desired. In-depth knowledge of local ethical/conduct/compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations, and related laws is an asset. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; and 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. M.A. in Taxation or Professional Accounting, or J.D. degree preferred. CPA is also preferred. Should have strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and ASC 740. A solid knowledge of payroll and individual taxes as they affect corporations is needed. Prior exposure to international tax matters is essential. Experience with a 'Big Four' public accounting firm with focus on the service of multinational clients on international tax engagements and a corporate tax department is preferred.
