The candidate will participate in and supervise multiple and challenging executive compensation engagements for a diverse client base, both in and out of the transaction setting, as well as take an active role in managing and growing National Compensation practice and service delivery. Help develop and train staff, as well as keep resces, procedures, and tools current. Assist with or manage the design and implementation of various compensation programs and assess the prevalence of these programs within diverse industries. Assist in providing technical advisory services relative to tax, accounting, regulatory and governance matters. Help to grow and sustain ongoing client relationships.
