Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines is desired. Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Provide legal support in evaluating, advising on and handling corporate securities and SEC reporting and compliance matters, including SEC periodic reports, proxy statements and registration statements. Proven ability to identify emerging risks and trends, analyze and think strategically about complex risk issues and deliver solutions-oriented advice and solutions to mitigate or manage such risks.
