Experience interacting with the FDA and other global authorities regulating medical device and medical service offerings. Strong knowledge of the U.S. Anti-Kickback Statute, Physician Payments Sunshine Act, False Claims Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, federal healthcare regulations and similar laws and regulations globally that apply to medical equipment sales and services offered by FHS. Prior litigation and lawyer/legal professional management experience preferred. Fluent in English; additional language skills preferred.
