Asset Management Tax Manager
The candidate should have Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar required. Must have 5+ years of experience. Thorough knowledge of compliance and consulting for investment partnerships including hedge funds, mutual funds and private equity funds is preferred. Considerable knowledge of structuring of funds and fund management companies to best limit tax liability is a plus. Thorough knowledge of alternate investment strategies and vehicles is desired. Should have comprehensive technical skills, including partnership tax Forms, K1 and M1.
