SALT AUP - Senior Associate
The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting or business related field. Certified Public Accountant (or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure), Enrolled Agent or Membership of the Bar required. Must have 3+ years of experience. Should have considerable knowledge of general tax accounting and abandoned and unclaimed property statutory issues, including planning, restructuring and due diligence for companies with a presence in multi-state jurisdictions. Some knowledge of state and local tax is required. Considerable technical skills, including general tax accounting, large data management processing and MS Excel is preferred.
