The candidate will provide counsel to ensure the protection of the company's patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary rights. Will prepare patent, trademark, and copyright applications, which are generally approved by the department head. Prepare legal opinions and analysis of patents, reviewing and drafting significant corporate documents associated with the intellectual property of the company. Participate in the litigation process in cases involving intellectual property matters. Evaluate the validity of competitors' patents and potential company product infringement upon valid patents of competitors. Responsible for pre-patent filing review, providing legal advice to the company concerning the patent viability of its inventions and the advisability of filing patent applications covering the company's inventions. Study allowed claims from the patent maintenance process and makes recommendation to Senior Management. Tax Senior - National Tax - Exempt Organizations
The candidate will provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations. Will build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business. Help to develop and guide staff and other junior tax professionals by providing effective performance feedback and ensuring team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals. Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience OR a Graduate degree and 1-2 years of related work experience. Should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree in tax or law is highly desirable. CPA certification is needed. Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry is required. Broad exposure to federal income taxation is needed.
